Michelle is Great! My 2 cats are shy which does not stop Michelle from playing the hide and seek game with them. They are getting comfortable. Next sitting they may surprise her. Would definitely have her back.

She made leaving our fur babies at home worry free. Kaitlyn is extremely sweet, courteous, friendly, and professional. She goes above and beyond. The meows 100% approved. Our old guy that can be very shy warmed up to her. If you need a pet sitter, Kaitlyn is the best!

Shibo was absolutely amazing! I have two male cats, and one of them I had just adopted 10 days before leaving for my trip. He was very skittish when I first got him, but he warmed up to Shibo right away. My other cat took a liking to him immediately as well—who wouldn’t! Shibo was so wonderful, giving my cats the attention they needed while I was away. In the past, I relied on neighbors and people just stopping by to feed and check on them, but my experience with Shibo has completely changed my perspective. It is worth every penny to have someone as great as him looking after your fur babies! When I returned, I could see the difference in my fluffy companions in the best way as this is very early in their introduction phase. I had peace of mind knowing they were well cared for. Shibo provided fantastic updates and beautiful photos, making it clear that my cats had a wonderful time with their new friend. I have full trust in Shibo as I also came home to find everything exactly as I expected. I highly recommend Shibo for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter! Especially cats.

Brigette took amazing care of Boo. She went above and beyond to let me know how he was doing, the status of his food / wellbeing each visit and sent lots of adorable photos. She was quick to respond to my messages & questions, leaving no room for worry while I was away. I felt very at ease knowing Boo was in great hands. Jason was so good with my two kittens.. He kept me updated everyday with photos and how the kittens interacted with him each day. My girl kitten was timid and didn't come out until the end but Jason sent me videos to show me she finally came out and interacted with him. Jason is professional and a super great communicator. Definitely keeping Jason as my Rover guy for all my future needs. Highly recommend.
