This was my very first experience using Rover and Shawn made it such a positive one! After weeks of full-on puppy chaos, I finally got to feel like a human again, and Pomelo had the best time meeting and playing with someone new. It was truly a win-win-win all around. I could see how comfortable she was, and I’m sure Melo would be thrilled to hang out with Shawn again!

Claudia was so wonderful to work with! I booked drop-in visits for my senior cat last minute and Claudia was super communicative and very professional. Will absolutely book again!

Euree is an awesome sitter! Quick communication and everything went smoothly including the initial greet and meet. Even though my cat is super shy and immediately goes into hiding upon seeing strangers, Euree always made an effort to find him and include a photo to let me know Mocha is doing well. Carol helped us out in a pinch on a Saturday afternoon and was great with our elderly dog. I highly recommend her…she’s reliable, on time, and is great with our sometimes cranky pup!
