I had an issue with another pet sitter and Jess stepped in last minute and took over. She really went above and beyond. She cared for my cat and her communication was outstanding. She really helped me feel better after losing trust in another sitter and even went so far as to do some light cleaning in my house that she had not been asked to do. Bill and Emma were terrific caregivers over the course of 11 days. They provided very consistent care and attention for and to my older cat, along with many photos and daily notes 2x/day for his human. I would have them care for Benny again without hesitation.
