Just really excellent care.

My full of energy dog came home exhausted, he seem had so much fun, Awoo are very responsive to my questions and requests, he was on time for pick up and drop off. I will come back again

Carolyn was incredible with Marley! We received a lot of pictures and updates, but most importantly we had so much peace knowing she was in good hands. We’re looking forward to the same comfort and care on our next trip!

Kassy and John were great. Very flexible and communicative. We can tell our pup was well taken care of. We already have too more stays booked with them!

Our dog is fairly nervous around people outside our family, and she's skittish around other dogs. But Jen put her in her own room while she acclimated, had patience with her, and soon enough, our dog settled in, played with the other dogs, and came home happy, healthy and tired! Thanks, Jen, for your patience and flexibility!

This was my first experience with Rover. After booking and the reservation was confirmed, we had a change of plans. Dragana was very accommodating and worked with us to make the change. My dog, Boomer, has separation anxiety. I requested a Meet and Greet. Dragana was very receptive and suggested we do it the day before Boomer would be dropped off. Dragana and David met us and spent time getting acquainted and playing with Boomer. All three of them seemed to be having a good time. The following day I dropped Boomer off for his stay. Dragana and David sat on the floor playing with Boomer. They were very engaged with him. Boomer loved the attention. I left knowing I had made the right choice! Dragana and David took Boomer to the lake. The even sent pictures of him walking along the shore! They took him on walks and gave him lots of attention. When I arrived to pick up Boomer he was glad to see me. But his slight hesitation when it was time to leave told me he had a good time with his two new best friends. Boomer will be visiting them again! I highly recommend this wonderful couple.

Mikkal and Awoo were very professional and caring. They accepted my booking with short notice after a friend canceled. I received pictures of Eva playing with new friends and she looked so happy. By the time she got back home she was exhausted and happy to nap by my side although she didn't want to leave Awoo's side at first lol that shows how amazing they are with your pets. Definitely recommend!

Maegan was great! She was able to help us out last minute and our dog had a great time at her house w the other pups. We got lots of photos and updates. Our dog was very happy and very tired when she got home! Thank you again!

John (Andre) did a great job with our dogs. He sent pictures and videos regularly and they were very happy! Great yard to play in too! Would definitely bring them here again.

Absolutely amazing - really helped me out with my time changing, gave my pup all of his meds, kept me updated with pictures and all, would definitely trust and recommend him.

Words don’t do its justice about how wonderful the care that Kyle took for my baby girl. It was beyond expectation. My puppy received the best attention throughout the day and had fun playing and walking around. Kyle also offered the best communication, with daily update and a lot of cute photos. She was very caring and understanding. I cannot feel more thankful!

Thank you, Jillian, for being so sweet & patient with our Angel. Our 8 year old golden retriever spent 4 days & nights with Jillian & was well-loved & looked after. This was our dog’s first experience boarding & she is naturally a little nervous (her parents were too), but Jillian was wonderful with her. She sent thorough updates every day & even went so far as to hand feed her when she had trouble eating. We are very thankful for the wonderful job she did & are looking forward to Angel’s next visit!

Inge was absolutely amazing and provided the perfect place to stay for my older single dog. They enjoyed walks, the park and even breakfast together. I will definitely be entrusting in Inge in the future and recommend her to you and your pets for a safe and comfortable stay.

I’m really glad I found Sheronda!!! She did really great with Riley and I know he had an amazing time! She sent me updates and pictures, which is really important. I will definitely reach out to her again and recommend her! You won’t be disappointed.

This was our first experience with Rover and it was positive. Peg met us initially for an orientation prior to booking which was wise. Our dog appeared to be quickly incorporated into Peg’s household as demonstrated by multiple picture updates throughout the 6 day stay. Peg was very communicative which was appreciated.

So I had the please of leaving my 9 year old yorkieshiz with GEENA!!!! I was nervous, anxious and very afraid of leaving my Fredrick with her!!!! However when I met her I was relieved she was willing to listen and made me feel at ease!!! I know she went beyond and above taking care of Fred!!! She took him on play dates and also took video/pictures of his interactions!!! I know that she is an amazing person and genuine in her care of pets!!! Please note Fred was with her for approximately 15 days and she never gave a bad report!!! Fred and I give our seal of approval to GEENA… the best petsitter in the capital region!!! Thanks GEENA and I hope to have Fred have another stay with you soon!!!

Jack was wonderful with our Bella. He sent us pictures of her with her new friends and she looked very happy to have someone with her. Would definitely recommend him.

Jacqueline was wonderful with Rosie. It was like a mini vacation for her. We were very happy with her services and will ask her to sit again if available in the future.
