Alicia is a wonderful cat-sitter. My cat quickly warmed up to Alicia & we received an update each time Alicia was in the house caring for my cat. I would not hesitate to have Alicia care for my cat again?

Lisa and Michael were excellent. I have worked with them before and they always do a wonderful job - I know that my cats and my home are safe in their care - but this time, they went above and beyond the call of duty. I always put a lockbox on my door handle when I travel so that the pet sitter can easily get the keys, but this time, the cover on my box jammed shut as I was putting it on the door handle. I couldn’t even take the box off the handle because the unlatching mechanism is inside the box, which I couldn’t open. I panicked; if Lisa and Michael couldn’t get in, my pets would have a miserable few days. So I went out and bought a SECOND box, then put it on the handle, too. Yes, there were two lockboxes on my door. Lisa and Michael were fabulous, though. Not only did they just roll with the situation, but they figured out how to unjam the first box and save it (I thought that bolt cutters would be involved!). I am beyond grateful for their help and highly recommend that you pick them. You will be so grateful that you did.

It was my first time using Katharine and we had booked a longer cruise vacation so naturally I was a little nervous leaving my cat Butters for over a week. Katherine was amazing to work with- lots of communication back and forth and photos of my cat each day, and she went above and beyond to help out around the house- bringing mail and packages inside and cleaning up litter when she was done. I will definitely recommend her services.

Amanda was great with our kitties while we were away on vacation! She sent lots of updates with photos/videos and was very respectful of our space.
