I had never boarded my cat before so I was very nervous. Natalia was so sweet and communicative she really made me feel so much more at ease about leaving Leslie overnight. Natalia sent photos of Leslie and took wonderful care of her. She even had all of Leslie’s things packed and really when I came to pick Leslie up. I highly recommend Natalia!

But once I met with Chelsea, she was very professional and listened to what I needed for my trip.
