Dog Boarding in Slate Hill

Alexis is the best! We feel incredibly grateful to have found such an amazing person to care for our dog. She was exceptional with our senior dog while we traveled over the holidays, and her kindness and thoroughness gave us complete peace of mind. This was the first time our dog had ever stayed outside of our home for an extended period of time, and she made the experience so comfortable and stress-free for both our dog and us. Alexis kept us constantly updated with pictures and videos multiple times a day, which meant so much to us and allowed us to truly relax while we were away. It was clear how attentive, patient, and genuinely caring she was, especially with an older dog. We will absolutely be using Alexis again with no hesitation and feel so lucky to have found someone we trust so completely to care for our dog!

Sandra was absolutely marvelous with our puppies. They settled in with her immediately and she sent frequent updates and photos. Our normally reserved and anxious older dog was obviously relaxed and happy the whole time. They got lots of cuddles and walks. Will definitely use again. Thank you so much!

Sara was wonderful with our mini goldendoodle during the multiple day stay at her home. Sara provided daily updates and pictures. Akira was given the attention and love she needed to feel at home! I will definitely use Sara in the future.

Dawn took care of my dog and introduced him to other dogs and he loved it. My dog was so happy there that he did not want to leave. Thank you so much for taking good care of my dog.

Amy is great. She was able to accommodate my big puppies on short notice. She has a large fenced in yard and even had crates so I didn’t have to lug mine. She sent photos and videos daily. I will definitely use her again.

Jadyn was terrific and my dog, Maddie, had a great time under her care. Id highly recommend her if you are in need of someone to watch your pet.

Carla was amazing with our fur baby! We needed care last minute and she was so helpful and responded quickly to all messages. She gave updates and sent pictures, too. I would recommend Carla to anyone in the Highland Lakes area!

Just the best! I have small, medium, and large pups (1 of each size), and they were right at home with Alexis and her pack. I highly recommend her. Though this was our first time leaving the dogs with her, we were thrilled to see the photos of some spunky and loving pups. Thanks, Alexis, and we will see you sooner rather than later!!

Vicky was a terrific caretaker for my cat Meadow. She asked lots of relevant questions to make sure Meadow’s stay was the best it could be. She kept me updated with notes and photos, and was just a lovely host for my beloved cat.

Every time I pick my dog up from Morgan he is happy to come home but really looks like he is happy doing what he wanted to do and isn’t wound up with excess energy, which is hard for a cattle dog. She’s great and we don’t really use anywhere else unless she isn’t available.

Cristina has been awesome with our Susie! We have used her twice and Susie seems so happy to get to socialize with her family and her dogs, Coco and Snowball. We recommend her highly and we will definitely book with her again!

Theresa did a wonderful job taking care of my Bailey. I was very comfortable leaving him with her. She kept me updated throughout his stay and sent pictures. Bailey was well taken care of and I will definitely have him stay with Theresa again when I need to board him. Thank you Theresa!

Hannelie took such wonderful care of Pesto—he felt right at home! Communication was excellent both before and during his stay, which gave us great peace of mind. They even spoiled him by letting him sleep on their bed, just like he does at home. It was clear he was loved and well cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Hannelie again. 🐾

I can't say enough good things about Fiona! Wallace had a fantastic time, and Fiona was an A+++ communicator with me, Wallace's slightly neurotic human. I received great updates, knew he was in excellent hands, and felt completely at ease while I was away. The next time I can't bring Wallace with me, he'll be staying with Fiona. I truly can't recommend her highly enough.

Tina is amazing! Great communication and sweet pictures through our Ranger’s stay with her. Would highly recommend and will continue to book with her in the future.

This was our 1st time leaving Storm with Nicholas and his family. They were absolutely wonderful with him and I cannot say enough positives. Storm has epilepsy and needs to take 2 different meds twice a day, which is hard enough to accept a dog. Unfortunately, he had a seizure while there and they handled it beautifully. They watched him carefully after and updated me frequently (as we were nervous and upset we couldn’t be there for him). I received frequent pics and videos of him , which was super reassuring! He seemed to love playing with their dog, Sinatra. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the level of attention to the med administration, the handling of an emergency , and the level of communication. Thank you so much for taking such great care of this dog , who means the world to our family!

Debra was so welcoming with my boys and introduced them safely to the other dogs. They enjoyed their stay and I enjoyed the pictures sent to me of them playing in her big back yard.

When I picked Captain up, I could tell that he had a great time with Andrea and her father! The communication was great, and Andrea sent a photo every day to show me how Captain was getting along. I would book Andrea again, for sure.
