Like any other pet owner, my girl Lucy is very special and important to me and as such, it was especially important to find someone who understood and would nurture this. Ella is wonderful! She understands what my girl means to me and went above and beyond to make Lucy feel comfortable, happy and well cared for. Ella has an energy about her that I appreciated and felt very confident and comfortable leaving my girl in her care. I would absolutely recommend Ella for any pet care needs in your absence.
Karen did a meet and greet before first walk which was so helpful. First walk was great. My anxiety filled dog went nicely and came back happy and tired!
Max is amazing! Penny and Peanut loved him. He was so great with them -took them for a long walk and then play time and belly rubs! Will definitely reach out to Max again.
