Melanie took excellent care of my blind geriatric cat with kidney disease. Her rapid communication put my mind at ease, and she's a talented pet photographer to boot!

Joey was amazeballs! It was my first week back to work, after moving into a new place, and day one Astro was having bad separation anxiety. As soon as I reached out, I was chatted back within minutes and Joey met Astro that evening. We started noon time visits/walks immediately the next day, and by the end of the week Astro was in love with him and settled. Joey helped Astro through his lonely week, and also gave my cat Luna some pets when she finally arrived to our new home a few days later. Joey and Rover.com were such a great help during a time when I was in need. I am highly happy with my choice.

I had a wonderful experience with Xiaoying! She was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and so kind throughout the entire booking. She truly went above and beyond to make sure Bowie was happy and comfortable, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She spent quality time playing with Bowie, trying different toys to see what he enjoyed most, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making him feel comfortable. She also sent lots of thoughtful updates and photos, so I always knew how he was doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend!
