Pet Sitting in Southampton

We were very grateful that Grace agreed to help us with a last-minute cat sitting request for an evening and morning feeding. She was reliable, communicative, and took great care of our cat! In the morning, when she arrived, our house water alarm happened to be going off. She immediately texted to let me know and asked how to turn it off. After I gave her the code, she handled it without hesitation and even went down to the basement to check whether there was any flooding, reporting back that there was only about an inch of water in the crawl space and nothing urgent. That was clearly above and beyond what we asked her to do as a cat sitter, and we really appreciated her willingness to help and keep us informed. We’d happily recommend her to others and would book her again.

Hanna was truly a lifesaver by coming through at the last minute to take excellent care of our 2 pups! This was their first experience with a sitter and by all accounts they were quite happy with her too 😊 She was very responsive and we would definitely recommend her.
