very nice, good communication, and follows directions well. my flight was cancelled and she was able to check on my cat child on a last minute ask. will rebook again.

Juan did check-ins for my cat for a few days and was amazing. He fed him, changed his water, cleaned the litter and played. Just the company that my cat needed!

This was my first time leaving my cat with a boarder. Nusrat gave me peace of mind with daily and frequent updates. Our cat hasn’t been around any other cats in over a year but she reassured me that he is doing great with her two cats. I will definitely rebook with Nusrat in the future!
