Dog Boarding in Texas Valley

Ashley and her family were amazing to work with! She answered promptly and made me feel comfortable leaving our pups there for a trip. She sent lots of updates daily and I knew they were being loved on and enjoying their time at Ashley’s house. Thank you so much!!

Caterina is so warm and hospitable. You can tell she loves taking care of our pups! She is very organized and specific so that things run smoothly and the dogs don’t get stressed. They have full run of a part of the house and get lots of opportunities to play together outside or take a walk, she says. The “meet and greet”was new to me, but I see the value. Caterina tuned into Bogie from the start. TIP: It would be helpful if ROVER and/or the pet sitter specified the TIME WINDOWS for dropping off and picking up. Also is the “daily” charge for EACH NIGHT or for EACH 24-HR period? ALSO when a person requests “3 nights” (or days), it is the practice of hotels is to CHECK OUT on the FOURTH ONE BY A CERTAIN TIME. ROVER really caused me angst when they messed up my request for THREE NIGHTS and Kyle scheduled pickup BEFORE the third night. The SITE IS VERY “UNFRIENDLY” about modifying a booking. I was desperately trying to figure it out for over an hour and then I texted Caterina and she said I could have just contacted HER! What a waste of my time and a lot of frustration. ROVER NEEDS TO FIX ALL THIS. I can’t recommend it the way it is now. I was beside myself two days before my vacation trying to get things corrected. Pickup and Drop off times were never specified. People picking me up for the trip had to change their time. It would have been helpful if I knew what kind of window I had w/ pet sitter. HAD TO DRIVE an EXTRA 80 mins that morning, then jump in car and go the 6 hrs north right by her place. Found out (after the fact) as early as 4am was good. WISH I HAD KNOWN!! Not sure where it is written… I wish it was specified somewhere; it would eliminate much unnecessary back and forth texting to get the logistics down.

Mario and Max loves Destiny. They don’t come back stressed like they did when boarded at Kennels. Plus they come home with a bag of fancy little home made treats.

Charlene and her husband were amazing. I got a series of pictures and she was great at communicating. It put my heart at ease knowing our furry kiddo was in great hands. They treated her like part of their family.

I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! Alex took such amazing care of Saint while I was away. From the moment we met, it was clear that Alex truly loves animals and treats them like family. I got regular photo updates, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Saint was happy, well-fed, and getting plenty of walks and cuddles. When I came home, Saint was relaxed and clearly had a great time. Alex went above and beyond—he even made sure Saint’s favorite toys were neatly put away and left everything spotless. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional sitter. I’ll definitely be booking again! 🐾

This was our first time leaving our puppy Scout in anyone else's hands, so of course, that comes with some anxiety and worry. We were very glad to have the opportunity for a meet and greet prior to Scout's stay. While it was only a 2 day stay, Steve did a great job of communicating and responding when we checked in. He also sent several photos of Scout playing in the yard with his new 'friends' which was very reassuring for us to see! Scout came home very tired out from all of his playtime outside. We will definitely keep Steve in mind to use for boarding in the future!

Another wonderful stay with Megan! Our Remy and her Remi have become the best of friends. It’s clear that Remy is treated like part of the family whenever she stays there, which gives us great peace of mind. We always know she’s in good hands. We will definitely be booking with Megan again in the future and highly recommend her!

Mary is absolutely wonderful and our Emma loves “going to camp”. After a couple overnight visits, Emma just spent the week and came home a very happy puppy. She kept going to the door to get back in the car. Mary is so kind and loving and kept us updated everyday with pics and videos. I highly recommend Mary to everyone who wants their fur babies well taken care of in a loving home environment!!

Susan took wonderful care of our 5 month old kitten, Beanz, who has undergone quite a few life changes in the past month and a half, from being rescued from the side of the road, introduced to our home with a dog, introduction to another dog vacationing with its human at our home and then off to Susan's while we were out of town. Susan was very sensitive to Beanz' temperament, gaver her space or love whenever it was needed. She was very communicative regarding what Beanz was up to during the day, and pickup/dropoff was smooth.

So happy to have Andrea to watch our dog. She is lovely and kind, has clean house, and is really truly a dog lover. Will definitely book again 👍

We had a great experience boarding our dog, Scout, with Laura! We usually trade vacation pet care with friends, and this was our first time leaving Scout with a stranger. Laura asked great questions before our trip to know more about Scout. Once she was there, Laura sent us regular updates and photos. We could tell that Laura was taking time to get to know Scout, and to make her feel as safe and secure as possible in a new place. Laura noticed what other dogs Scout enjoyed spending time with, and her favorite activities and treats. We felt great about Scout being with Laura, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time away!

Couldn't be happier with everything Lorinda did for me and my Bella honestly!! I think Bella might have wanted to stay there she was so happy. Bella got to play with other dogs and Lorinda had no problem with the med schedule for Bella's seizures. Great with communication and will definitely be contacting her for our next trip!!

Rose was wonderful! She kept my dogs longer when my flight home was delayed. My girls loved getting to play in her fenced in yard. Bonus: she takes amazing pictures of your pets!

Bee was great! She was loving and kept me updated with my pup the entire time. She sent lots of pictures and my pup came home super happy. Thank you!

Carolina and her family are very nice! Carolina made sure to message me everyday on how my dogs were doing, with pictures!

Our dogs had such a great time! They're really happy to visit Robert and Eileen and Huckleberry and Sydney and Finn, and have gotten to feel very comfortable with them. We're just so lucky to have connected with these wonderful people :-)
