Cat Sitting in Thornwood

Becky did an awesome job taking care of my 2 cats and parrot. She was attentive and flexible throughout the entire visit. My pets were happy and well taken care of! I do recommend using her and plan on having her pet sit for me again in the future!

Jennifer was incredibly nice, responsible, and it was clear she treated our cats like she would her own pets! We were lucky to have her care for them while we were away!

Margaret was on time, paid great attention to my two lovies, along with have me updates and pictures on how they were while away. She was also there the entire time she said she was, which meant a lot to me.

Marta took fantastic care of our cats while we were away for an extended time on vacation. One of them is quite shy and he was comfortable enough to come out and say hello 🙂 She provided photos daily, which was wonderful for an anxious cat mom like me!

This was our first time using the Rover app and our first time working with Tara and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Tara is the top-rated pet sitter in our area, and we can absolutely see why. We met with her in advance to walk through the routine for our three cats and explain what we needed done, and she was attentive, thoughtful, and clearly experienced from the start. While we were away visiting family over the holidays, a snowstorm hit in the middle of our trip, yet Tara still came every single day without issue and took excellent care of our cats. She was extremely reliable, communicated in real time, and gave us complete peace of mind knowing our pets were well cared for. Everything was handled exactly as discussed, and our cats were clearly comfortable and well looked after when we returned. We would absolutely use Tara again for future trips and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, caring, and professional pet sitter.

Danae was wonderful in caring for, and making connections with our cats and went above and beyond in dealing with some incidental house issues, too.

Danny dropped in daily to check in and feed our cat and did an amazing job! He was super responsive and communicated daily with photos. It was great having the peace of mind while out of the country.

Alyssa and Michael were amazing when my diabetic cat Ziggy was not being a "team player" - they were super patient and helpful and really went the extra mile to make the situation work and helping to get Ziggy comfortable. Very reliable and trustworthy - thanks!
