I could not have asked for a better first time experience using Rover! Jenny was amazing and came over before we left for vacation to meet our cats and get a rundown of their routine. She was thorough in her communication and it really made me feel so much better knowing that our cats were in good hands while we were away. Kristen did an amazing job checking in on my cats while I was on a trip, she played with them and fed them treats. She also sent me photos and little updates every day which was so nice!

Erica was wonderful with my cats. I appreciated the pictures and updates she sent of my fur-babies, and she even offered to go out for extra food when I ran out. She even stopped by on an extra day when my flight was delayed! It was such a relief to know that someone was checking on the cats daily, and they looked so much happier and better groomed when I got back compared to the past when I would only have a friend check on them every 2-3 days. I definitely plan to try booking her again for my cats in the future.
