We absolutely love Erica. We had multiple family emergencies all at once and needed aid with the cats during a holiday week, last minute. Not only was Erica responsive to our initial needs but she was extremely accommodating as circumstances changed throughout the week. Our cats have special needs and she has easily earned their trust when administering oral/topical meds. They’re usually skittish with anyone but those who live in the house but they just love when she’s around. Can’t imagine trusting anyone else with our furry friends, and I can’t sing her praises enough. Thank you, Erica!!

Kellie was an amazing with my elderly cat and took excellent care of my home! I hope I have the privilege to have her watch both again on the future. Thank you, Kellie!

McKenzie was fantastic and took care of our two cats while we were away. She went the extra mile and even swept up the litter they were tracking through the house. We would definitely recommend her and will be using her again!

Hannah was great! This was the first time I had boarded my 9 year old cat, Gracie, and it couldn't have been a better experience. Hannah was flexible with drop off and pick up times and she send daily updates and photos during our time away. I had no worries about Gracie's well-being during our trip. The only downside is that Hannah is leaving Cleveland too soon to be able to care for Gracie during our next trip! I would like to leave her a tip, but am not sure how to do that.

Kristin has been absolutely amazing with all our cats, and always goes above and beyond. It’s so important that I know my cats are in good hands while we’re away from them. I could not recommend her more.

Sadie is awesome! We had a little kitten who we were nervous to leave, but once we met Sadie we immediately felt comfortable. Sadie was punctual and sent lots of great updates and photos. We hope to book her again in the future and recommend her highly.
