Shawn did a wonderful job with Max; arrived as scheduled, followed instructions accordingly and provided much love and attention to Max since I was not here to give him what he needed. Jalyne is really sweet and came by to meet our puppy beforehand. She responded very quickly to my emails and was able to be flexible with her schedule to meet our needs. We’ve never used an outside service so we weren’t sure how we would like it but Jalyne made the transition easy and the puppy really enjoys her company.
