He and his family provided an extraordinarily safe, comfortable, clean, calm, and accommodating setting within their luxurious spotless residence and property nestled within a quiet and exclusive neighborhood far from heavy traffic and any other threatening exposures. New City is well known for low crime and safety thanks to it's most reliable law enforcement and emergency services. My opinion is that I found the perfect match for any cat or dog and I will choose Michaei for my future pet boarding needs hands down.

Stephanie takes great care of all of our pets, is quick to respond to questions/concerns about them, and was able to accommodate our booking on a day's notice due to a family emergency that required us to travel immediately. I highly recommend her!

Great experience!! Marisa just finished several days of daily drop-ins for my three precious brother cats. They had the same sitter for almost nine years in TX, but we moved back to NY and did not have anyone here yet for nearly two years. I was so nervous about having a new sitter because our cats require so much TLC and laptime, and so one of us always stayed behind with them. I knew the moment I walked in from our trip, that the kitties were calm and happy. Marisa gave them so much TLC and kept me informed daily with photos and reports about how well they were adjusting. Marisa is truly an animal person, and I could see how they naturally took to her right away. She was thorough and confident with instructions and care, and she reassured me that they would be in good hands!!! Very true and very happy to share that!!

Carrie was very happy with the care that Maria gave her. When I got back after a 10 day trip, Carri was in great spirits and eating well. This was a fantastic experience for me, especially receiving pictures of Carrie at the care visits. Thank Maria!
