Dog Boarding in West Henrietta

Haley and Amanda took great care of our dog Lilli. This was Lilli’s second stay with them, and she can be anxious with new people so we’re glad to have someone she’s getting more comfortable with repeat visits! Communication was great, with regular pictures and updates. We’d love to book with Haley again in the future!

after an awful previous experience with a different dog sitter, Marie made myself and my dog feel right at home. She is super trustworthy and kind. I would definitely use her services again.

Kimberly and her family were great with our dog. I had a bit of a last minute request and they were flexible and accommodating. Sent several pictures of our boy throughout his short stay looking very comfortable. Glad to have tried them and will definitely use again!

Grover and Rosie had so much fun with Gigi! She kept them active with walks and outside playtime. She was communicative and flexible with her time. We will absolutely get in touch again when we need another sitter!

Ricardo was great. I messaged him at the last minute to keep my dog another day due to the road conditions, and he was very gracious. Looking forward to further booking with him!

Debra was AMAZING! Not only was she flexible but she was great with Koejoh. I constantly received updates on how he was doing and tons of pictures. Definitely booking with her again for my next trip. Thank you so much for your hospitality with my pup :)

Leaving our pup behind is very difficult. However we were immediately put at ease with Lourdes. We could tell by our dog’s body language that she was comfortable and having a great time with Lourdes, her family and their dog in the many photos and video updates we received throughout the stay. Leslie was outstanding. She took great care of my Duncan. Pictures, videos and updates were sent daily. Leslie was extremely responsive and caring. She took Duncan out on regular walks which he loved. I would highly highly recommend.

Such a sweetheart! She made us feel so comfortable leaving Lola-our Shepard husky- for the weekend! She sent lots of photos and gave us updates on how she was doing! Can’t wait to go away for another weekend

Kate and her daughter took great care of our older dog. She sent photos everyday to keep us well informed and assured that Baxter was enjoying his week away from home. Will definitely use her again and highly recommend using Kate to take care of your 4-legged family member.

Lola had a wonderful stay . Was very happy. She had frequent walks and lots of pictures. We were so pleased with the way Elizabeth cared for our very senior dog !
