This was our first experience with Rover or any online pet care company. I can’t say enough good things about Kirsten. I received notifications and photos throughout the week and comments on how our pet was doing which is so reassuring when being away from them. I was relieved to know that our pet got comfortable with Kirsten and most likely looked forward to her visits. Kirsten is reliable and responsible and I would highly recommend her. Erica was wonderful with my pets and I'm so thankful she was able to take the offer at such short notice because of a change in plans. I appreciated all of the updates and the abundant amount of photos for every check in!

Meghanne was absolutely fantastic! Trusting a stranger with your home and the wellbeing of your pets can be difficult, but Meghanne made me feel so at ease from our first time meeting through her last visit. She took great care of our three cats and bunny, including our elder diabetic cat who requires specific feeding instructions and twice daily insulin injections. She was obviously familiar with working with diabetic pets when she gave a first injection at our meet up. She was punctual for every visit and provided us detailed notes and several photos of our boys while we were away which we appreciated. She played with them, learned their individual personalities and habits, even made our very timid cat feel comfortable in her presence (not an easy feat!). Meghanne went above and beyond in her services. You can tell she truly loves animals and cares for them as if they were her own. I am so thrilled to have found Meghanne, she will be at the top of my list for any future pet care needs.

My boys, Snickers and Lincoln, absolutely loved Adriana from first sight. She picked up on their personalities right away and sent adorable photos from her visits. The boys got lots of playtime and loving. Adriana is an absolute pleasure and I will definitely contact her again in the future!

Jennifer once again took wonderful care of our dog. Since the beginning she has been great by getting to know our dog and her many quirks! Not to mention it takes our girl a little time to get super comfortable with new people and she has warmed right up to Jennifer, which says so much! Also our girl was under the weather this particular day and because Jennifer communicates so well and kept us posted, we knew she was doing ok. Thank you so much Jennifer!

John was very friendly and helpful! I was very glad he was able to check in on my animals even with short notice!

On time, sent pics everyday when stopping to feed cat. Would do again!

Sophia was excellent and helped me and my wife out during a really tough time, she sent lots of photos and videos and my Nala fell in love with her instantly! I have zero complaints and will 100% use her in the future
