Dog Boarding in West Seneca

My Bella came home like she was never gone after a week stay. Jin was very generous with pictures and communications. Bella had many walks during the day. I was very happy with her stay and I think my Bella was too.

We are so glad we found Kiara and Yves to watch our dog during a recent trip! They helped our timid senior dog feel comfortable and at home; in all the pictures and videos we received, she was doing exactly what she normally does with us! Kiara and Yves were great communicators throughout the trip and gave us total peace of mind. They were also very accommodating when we needed to change our pick up time due to a flight delay. Would not hesitate to board our dog with them again!!

Megan was fantastic. She was very flexible on drop off and pick up times. We went for a meet and greet before and the kids and her seemed fine with a new dog and the kids were not fazed at all by a 71 lbs dog staring at them as they ate a snack. She sent pictures and said he was one of the best dogs she has ever had.

Maggie was absolutely wonderful with Melvin! She kept me updated throughout his stay, which gave me peace of mind, and Melvin came home happy and well cared for. I’m so happy to have found Maggie and look forward to booking with her again soon!

Crystal was a really great choice for us. Maja got along with her great, she kept me constantly updated with her status and happy pictures. When I brought her home she was moping around because I think she missed being there! Definitely will book her again, highly recommend.

Katie was PHENOMENAL. This was our first time ever using rover and we’re so happy we did. We were getting married in Orchard park and our kind Charles was the ring bearer but unfortunately could not stay with us in the hotel. Plus pictures and people would be very hectic and expensive dress…. Not great for dogs. She bathed him brushed him even helped him with his little Tuxedo. Alsoooo he injured his eye the day before I had to drop him off and she gave him his drops no problem. We could not have been happier with Katie she truly loves dogs. And constant updates and videos of hampton while we were getting ready. Communication was perfect. Would recommend over and over. 10 stars!!!! Love you Katie!

Jackie has taken care of Barney two years in a row while we were in town for Christmas and went to Bills games. Very thankful for Jackie. Barney is happy as a clam when we pick him up!

Raisa and family were so great with Cleo! We felt safe and content leaving our furbaby with them. She sent photos and keeps us posted on Cleo activities! We will definitely re-book Raisa again. Highly recommend :)

We were so pleased with our dog's first stay with Dana and Jeremy. She can often be anxious and restless in new places, but within an hour Dana had sent an update that after some playing our girl was napping on the couch. I was shocked. She felt so comfortable and cared for so quickly that she napped, that's a big deal for her! We know we've found a perfect match for our girl!

When my normal sitter couldn’t watch Zoey and Willow for our vacation I was in a panic. Zoey has a lot of anxiety issues when left alone and I needed to find someone that wouldn’t be gone all day. Alexis was great and Zoey and Willow looked very comfortable and happy while we were gone. I would recommend Alexis and will rebook her in the future.

Becky sent us multiple updates on Leia throughout the week putting us at ease. Leia seemed to be very comfortable and happy in her home! Will use Becky’s services again if needed! Highly recommend!

Alexis was very easy to work with and very communicative. She sent photos of my pup throughout his stay and he def had a blast. Would most certainly rebook with Alexis.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Kim and her family were the absolute greatest! I was in Niagara Falls just for the day to take a tour and they kept both of my dogs. From the get-go, you could tell that they were experienced and definitely set my mind at ease right away! Both of my dogs were so happy when they got picked up!

Jose is a lifesaver. We need to find a pet sitter in a few hours before leaving to flight. We found him veru fortunately! He is very professional and keeps our puppy happy and healthy. He also sent me a lot of pictures with updates. We are so satisfied with the boarding and highly recommend to have your dog staying with him.

Most amazing experience ever! Allissa was accommodating and very attentive. We maintained contact throughout my trip. Will definitely use her again! 🩷
