Amy was excellent. She took great care of our pets and stayed communicative, and we were satisfied that our animals were given plenty of attention.

Tim is a true hero! He was able to accommodate my extremely last minute booking request. He is prompt, astute, thoughtful, professional, and proactive. He was so gentle with my geriatric cat, and he prioritized both my and her safety and comfort. He was able to administer her medications like a pro, and he let me know details about a new symptom she developed while I was out of town. (These details helped the vet diagnose her.) Kacey brought me such peace of mind in her care for my cat, Theodore. At our meet and greet, she quickly memorized his complicated instruction manual, which inspired trust and confidence immediately. Her visits were always on time and well-documented with photos and video, and she went the extra mile to make sure Theo would be happy (and not hungry) when we experienced a travel delay on our return. Excellent care and communication!

We are grateful to have found Janice! This was the second time she watched our kitties and again she was conscientious, communicative, and kind. We will certainly hire her again.
