Shannon was amazing!! This was our first time using Rover and Shannon made us feel so comfortable. She was very proactive in sending us updates and photos during each visit and made us feel very confident that our cat was well cared for while we were away. Meghan took such great care of our cat and fish while we were away for a week. It was the first time she has sat for us and we are very happy with how it went. She gave thorough updates and sent lots of pictures which we really appreciated. She spent time giving our cat extra attention and affection which was such a comfort to us. She successfully got him to take his pills and liquid medication which can be a challenge sometimes. She definitely has good attention to detail and noticed that he had a preference for one flavor of food and ate it with the medication more easily, something we hadn’t even noticed! She followed all our directions perfectly and is a great communicator. She really put us at ease and we would definitely have her sit for us again! Thanks so much Meghan!!

Always so happy to have Dianna and Shea looking after our cat because we know she will be truly cared for and about. It’s clear with the way that they interact with her that it isn’t simply a box to tick and it gives us such a peace of mind to know they are checking in on her while we are away. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any pet care needs in Greenwood Lake!

Bridget was wonderful to that my pets were fed and even went out of her way to search my apartment to find my binding cat. Highly recommend her. She is truly a professional in her field will definitely use her again thanks Bridget for your service.

Alexis was fantastic! Alexis brings calm welcoming energy that my girls needed and I felt very comfortable with having her in my home. My two cats are very different, a three-month old kitten with chaotic energy and oral medication needs, and a one-year old with timid shy energy, Alexis was really great with both personalities. She followed all my directions perfectly, she sent nice pictures at every visit, and she even got my shy girl to come out of hiding a couple times. I will definitely be using Alexis again someday!

Thanks for taking care of Haru. We both appreciated the extra attention, treats and a toy! It was a relief to know we could rely on someone close by.

Nicole watched our cats for our wedding and because of it we had nothing to worry about on our special day. Five stars does not cut it when it comes to how incredible Nicole is!
