Pam was fantastic! She gave me daily updates and photos of my babies. She is very sweet and took great care of my kitties. I would definitely recommend her to look after your fur babies.

Sue was amazing! She sent pictures and provided information for about my cat for me each day that I was gone and was flexible when I had flight delays. She took the time to get to know my cat who is normally very skeptical of new people. This was my first time using rover and I will definitely be hiring Sue again. I highly recommend her!! Can’t thank Kirsten enough for taking such good care of my Potter!! This was the first time my husband and I took an extended vacation (8 days) without having someone house sit as well and Kirsten made sure potter was comfortable with each visit. I got atleast 5 pictures with every visit and I just know he loved her coming to spend time. Will 100% be requesting Kirsten again!

Georgianne was so responsive and easy to work with. She handled both of my cats with ease and was just an overall wonderful person. I would definitely recommend her!

Erica goes out of her way to forge a rapport with my skiddish scaredy cat! She was able to check in on her in a pinch when my flight got delayed. I’m a repeat client and already have Erica booked again for more check ins!

Andrew, his family and their fuzzies were very welcoming of Theo. I had to go out of the country and they made me feel like Theo would be in good hands as soon as I met them. They certainly know what they’re doing!! They coordinated well with my friend for the drop off and pick up and sent me pictures everyday! 11/10 would recommend to anyone in the Syracuse area!

Josiah did an excellent job pet-sitting for my cat while I was away -- he's extremely attentive, left notes on any changes in behavior, and was quick to respond to any questions I had during the week.

I highly recommend hiring Donna as a pet sitter! She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable being away from your beloved fur baby. This was our first time needing a pet sitter and Donna eased our minds by sending the cutest photos, updates, and videos several times a day. Her updates always brought us a smile and we were so happy to know our blind kitty Max was in such good hands! Look no further she is the best! She even gave us updates on how our home renovations were going while we were away, and offered to do other tasks for us. We will definitely be booking with her again.
