Shantel kindly helped me out in an emergency situation on a holiday weekend. She sent photos to put my mind at ease, and was communicative and compassionate with my situation. Belle was great and I would highly recommend her! This was the first time using a service, we always had a family member watch our pets, so I was a little nervous. Belle put my mind at ease, she texted me updates everyday with pictures, and I knew by the pictures and texts she was thorough and taking such good care of my kitties (and fish). She was concerned when one of my kitties wouldn’t come out, but she is a very scared cat around new people, so I wasn’t worried about it, but within a couple days she came out while Belle was there, so I knew they loved her and trusted her. We did a meet and greet prior which I was really happy about, we were able to introduce her to the kitties and went over everything. We are going on another trip and have booked Belle again!!

Kylee once again did an amazing job with my girl! She remembered her from last year and enjoyed every moment of play and cuddles. Kylee’s updates and communication were great and made me very comfortable knowing that she was in good hands. Thank you so very much!
