She took the extra effort to truly get to know our cat’s personality and asked thoughtful questions that put us completely at ease. With her great communication and genuine care, we knew our furry friend was in the best possible hands. Plus, she noticed out-of-the-ordinary behavior and alerted us immediately. 5 stars and highly recommend!
