Dog Boarding in Berlin Heights

As usual, Dianne was great with Opie! I can tell she takes good care of him because he’s so excited to go to her place & he’s very comfortable sitting on her lap. It’s so nice to be away & know that my “baby” is well taken care of. We (including Opie) are very comfortable with Dianne. I wouldn’t use anyone else but her.

Our dog is safe and happy while there. Lots of play time and love! Highly recommend Kayla!!

Emily was wonderful. She send us pics of our dog and kept us updated of his behavior, which kept our separation anxiety at rest. We were a bit worried because it was our first time leaving him after our other dog had past recently, but he was cool and apparently very good. So we definitely recommend Emily and for sure will reschedule a sitting in the near future. Overall a very good experience.

We had an amazing experience with Bridget on Rover! She treated our Bentley like he was her own, and he settled right into her family. It gave me peace of mind to be able to visit my elderly parents without worrying about Bentley. The communication was excellent, with updates almost daily, which I really appreciated. Bridget was incredibly welcoming, and Bentley received so much love and attention while he was with her. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her services again in the future!

This was our second time using Kelsey and we will definitely be back. She remembered out dog and her needs well and was even willing to rearrange her schedule to accommodate our booking needs. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend ERIN she was very professional. She kept in contact with us every day, letting us know our dog was OK. She provided lots of pictures and also took him for walks. He was in a family environment and it allowed us to enjoy our vacation.

Margaret is wonderful with our dog Maisy! I could't feel more comfortable leaving our precious pup in her care. She's attentative, caring, and keeps us up to date with adorable pics of their adventures. I can't say enough about how thankful we are to have met Margaret.

Jenni was so wonderful!! She provided so much love and care for our dogs Josie & Toby. Jenni’s home felt like a second home for our dogs. We’ve never felt so comfortable & assured with someone caring for our dogs.

She was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of my fur baby and made me feel completely comfortable knowing she was in good hands. She was also great about sending pictures and updates throughout the stay, which I really appreciated. I would definitely book with her again and completely trust her with my fur baby. Our pup was so well loved and taken care of! We loved to see him playing and being loved on while we were away! He came home so happy (and tired), with a beautifully brushed out coat and full heart. We loved that we could trust them with our dog and had great, fast communication! He was welcomed in to their family, even with his high XL puppy demand. Wonderful experience!

David was very responsive, sent lots of pictures and took care of our dog as if he were his own! His children also fully welcomed our pup! I would highly recommend David!

I previously used a kennel and will honestly say this was overall a much better experience. I will definitely be returning when it is needed and would recommend to anyone.

Andy and Katelyn gave absolute wonderful care to our dog Baxter when I planned a somewhat last minute family vacation. The booking was easy, they explained what other dogs would be in their home with our dog, and they listened carefully to his eating instructions and schedule. Not only did they send updates and pictures of Baxter throughout the day, they respond quickly to every message I sent them. They are friendly and easy to work with for any type of pet care. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs boarding for a vacation or on a daily basis. They have a 5 paw rating from us!

Samantha and her family were absolutely amazing with our dog, Winston! They followed all of the directions we provided for his care, but most importantly, they gave him so much love and attention. They took him on frequent walks despite the rain, gave him plenty of pets, and showered him with affection. We truly couldn’t imagine relying on anyone else through Rover going forward. Samantha and her wonderful family were the best, and we’re so grateful they took such great care of Winston!

Michael was great. My Sparty felt comfortable and safe with him since our initial meet and greet. Michael was so calm and gentle with him. Will definitely be rebooking. Thanks Michael!
