Kelsey is the best ! This was our first time using Rover and we were going out of the country. Kelsey came on time to meet us and the dogs, was professional and prompt,sent us pics and our 3 dogs love her! She even handled our crazy beagle puppy! I would use Kelsey again in a heart beat.
