Dog Boarding in Chagrin Falls

Thank you Beth for taking such great care of my elderly schnauzers. I love seeing the daily pics and there are never issues when they come home. No stress at all. Means the world to me!!

This was the first time we needed to be away from our dog for more than a few days. Kathy did a great job watching after him the entire time. She provided numerous updates with pictures while we were away. I could tell our dog was having a great time. Would highly recommend and Kathy will be our first choice when needing someone for an extended period in the future.

We came to Cleveland for a wedding and Karma looked after our pups for two evenings. I had never left them with a sitter before and I was a bit anxious, but after meeting Karma and seeing the lovely space that she set up in her home, I was so happy! It's clear that Karma loves dogs and knows how to take great care of them. She sent me regular updates, was always available to answer questions, and she was super flexible! Both of my dogs had a blast with her and really enjoyed spending time at her place. If I'm ever in the Cleveland area again, I'll absolutely be leaving my pups with her!

Jason was easy to work with and took good care of our dog. We appreciated the photos he sent over while we were away. Our dog looked happy and comfortable with him. If we need to use Rover again, we would reach out to Jason first.

Lulu spent last week with Susan, Jason and Frank (and a few other puppy friends). Judging by the photos, she had a great time with her new puppy friends. We've left Lulu with Susan before and she is always excited to go play there. It's like doggie camp. We get a fun break and so does Lulu!

We were very nervous about leaving our dogs with strangers for the first time. We were out of the country for two weeks and wanted to make sure they’d be well taken care of while we were gone. We ultimately chose Susan and her husband. They did a fantastic job taking care of our dogs, were extremely communicative, and even sent us videos of them while we were gone. They ask for a specific list of your dog’s needs, and we provided a long one, and yet they were able to make sure all our dog’s needs were met. Susan even went beyond and above for us. Our dogs weren’t eating much so Susan asked us if she could feed them chicken. We agreed, and she cooked them chicken every single day until we picked them up. This really caught us by surprise in the best way possible. We couldn’t recommend Susan and her husband enough, they are such sweet people and great dog sitters!

Wendy was great! Emma really enjoyed playing ball with Wendy in her nice fenced in yard, She sent updates which was much appreciated. Will definitely request her in the future.

Samantha generously took on our last-minute request and provided excellent care for our sweet Zuko. She was great with communication throughout the boarding and while our pup can be shy with new people and dogs, it was clear from his excitement and comfort at pickup that he had a fantastic time. We highly recommend her services!

Cynthia took excellent of our little Chester while we were away, and made sure to provide us pictures of hi. Throughout every day. During our prep meeting she had a checklist of questions to ask to make sure she would be able to care for our little guy. We would gladly leave our guy with Cynthia any time!

Jack stayed with Marilyn for one week. She was wonderful. I truly believe Jack came to love her. He seemed really happy and was never left before. Would recommend Marilyn.

Taylor was AMAZING with Bubba , she sent pictures videos the whole 9 made me feel at ease with being gone as long as i was .. it’s only out 2nd time being away from each other this long and im so happy i choose her !! She’ll forever be our new Dog sitter for all my needs 🫶🏾🫶🏾🩷🩷

Tina and Rick were wonderful! Herb had a great time with them. They gave him lots of attention and sent me updates throughout his stay. I will definitely book with them again!

Patchareya is amazing! She watched our 10 month old very active puppy for a week. We were nervous leaving our new puppy with anyone but she immediately put our minds at ease with her constant communication, pictures and videos. She checked in daily to let us know all was good. She even worked on leash training our pup AND brushed her teeth. It’s very apparent she is a great dog mom to her own dog and extends the same care to the dogs she boards. We will absolutely use Patchareya in the future and look forward to it!

Tara and Peter were both very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! We received regular pictures and updates while we were away. Would definitely recommend them and will be sending our dog back next time we need a sitter!

I had a meet and greet with Stephanie and Michelle and it went well so I boarded Oakley with them. He comes back calm and well taken care of! I like that their dogs are with him. They also really helped me out on a last minute request.

Patricia and Paul were amazing with my high energy girl and were so flexible when I had to extend her stay. Highly recommend them to take care of your pup!

Colleen was great with communication. Our dog seemed right at home in her home with peaches. Would recommend

Bubba had such a great time with Daniel and Rachel while we were travelling! I think he thought he was on vacation himself, enjoying resort amenities and lots of love and attention. We received texts and photos every day keeping us up to date. It was wonderful to know that he was in such caring hands! I don't think he missed us a bit! We will definitely be contacting Daniel and Rachel in the future when Bubba needs a vacation! :)

Lorie was very accommodating and took great care of our dog! She sent lots of pictures and a video to let let us know how he was doing. Our dog had fun playing in the yard and also enjoyed many snuggles
