Dog Boarding in Chagrin Falls

Susan is the simply the best!! Our labradoodle Maxi fell in love with her the first time she laid eyes on her. We were out of town for a week and Susan sent us adorable pictures of Maxi to reassure us she was having a good time and I knew she was being well taken care of. It was a pleasure meeting Susan and I highly recommend her as a dog sitter!! No doubt we will use her whenever we are away.

Kathy and Grahame have become like family to Allie and me. They treat her like their own dog — with such love and attention and care and humor. I could not be more grateful to them for being a part of our lives. Allie has stayed with them for long stretches at a time when I’m overseas and she ADORES them. As do I. All I want is for Allie to feel safe and loved! But Kathy and Grahame go way above and beyond that! If there were more than 5 stars, I would give 100s!

Our high-energy pup had a great time at Karma’s, and Karma did a great job on delivering daily updates on and photos of River. We forward to enlisting her services for future visits. Highly recommended!

Izzy had a wonderful time at Linda’s for 5 days! Linda sent daily updates with photos and videos. That helped so much so we didn’t have to worry how Izzy was doing and we could enjoy our time away. We will definitely choose Linda in the future when we need a sitter for Izzy!

Wendy and her lovely little dog, Gidget, are wonderful. Wendy’s home has such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere — my dog, Cricket, ran right in wagging his tail. I could tell he had had a great time with Wendy and Gidget. I’m very grateful for Wendy and her beautiful home and yard!

Teri was amazing. She really understands dogs and is willing to let you know if there are any issues that come up during the stay. She and her husband were so great to Nova that I think Nova was a little depressed when she got home because she missed them so much :). Would highly recommend!

I am thankful for Ashya she definitely did take good care of my fur baby. If I needed another sitter I'd use her. My baby was happy and well cared for. She's an outstanding sitter.

This was my first booking on Rover, so I wasn’t quite such what to expect. Daniel and Rachel are wonderful human beings! Awesome dog owners, down to earth, kind, gracious, communicative, flexible, and WONDERFUL with our fur babe! I think our dog was actually sad to come home. They acclimated him to their precious pups, took him for walks, played with him, and sent us pics & updates every day <3 They took care of his bleeding nail (because I clipped one too short before his visit). After unpacking his weekend bag, I found a precious goodbye gift….homemade doggie treats with his name stamped on them! C’mon! How cute is THAT?! They obviously went above and beyond to take good care of our little guy. Our pups stayed 3 days/2 nights with Daniel & Rachel. I highly recommend them and I look forward to booking with them again!!

Jan is such a caring pet sitter. My dog had a medical emergency only several hours into the stay. Jan immediately called me and felt I should return to take him to ER…we had a 3 hr car ride back to get him and with in that time she took loving care of him until we returned…since then she has checked up on him and me to see how we are doing. You won’t go wrong booking Jan for your fur babies needs!

Luanne did a great job of taking care of Owen. She brushed his teeth, kept us posted regarding his adjustment, sent daily pictures, gracefully accommodated our travel plans changing. Thanks for your care and warmth.

Susan was once again a wonderful sitter for Gus. He had some GI issues while he was there and she adjusted his food and worked with my vet to get him back on track. It’s always stressful when a pet is ill, then compound it with being out of the country, but knowing Susan was looking after him helped alleviate a lot of worry. He also has so much fun with Frank and the other dogs. It is so great to see the pictures and videos.

Luke was awesome! He took great care of my 2 year old Bernese mountain dog / golden retriever mix. He was accommodating, had great communication and sent plenty of photo and video updates.

Tara and Peter were excellent dog sitters for the week! They were extremely welcoming. They kept steady communication on how my dog was doing and sent pictures to keep me at ease as it was my dogs first time staying at a new sitters house. I enjoyed how there were multiple dogs to ensure a ton of play time!

We were so happy with our dog, Olaf, staying with Steffani and her family. We set up a "meet and greet" and got to see her yard, two dogs and one cat. It went well, so we booked a stay. We were gone for two weeks. She kept me informed with texts and/or videos about my dog's progress at her home. I especially liked that she had a lovely fenced in backyard, other pets and a family for my dog to interact with. We will be happy to use her again in the future. Clara was wonderful! Very enthusiastic about caring for our 7-month-old Cocoa. Communicated beautifully re pick up and drop off of our pup, and throughout the day — with pictures! A very positive experience.

Lorie took great care of our little Poppy! We will definitely bring Poppy again next time needed.

This was an excellent home for our 3 doggos. Both, Michael and his wife, made our dogs feel comfortable and at home. They were accomodating to our unexpected needs and were super kind with our active ridgeback pup, our needy weinemeraner, and our old lab mix. They were communicative and responsive at all times. Would recommend for futures stays!!!

I can't RAVE MORE about this couple. We left two fur babies with them and one was a very overactive puppy. They kept us in the loop and also got them to sit for pictures (which I'm a little jealous I couldn't do). Kevin and Roselie are truly great sitters. I will be using them again in the near future. We had our very energetic dog, Daisy stay with Melissa and her family for a few nights and we’re so thankful for such great care! Melissa truly tries to get to know your animal and its habits so she can tailor her care to your pet. She gives updates based on your preference and is a GREAT communicator! I will definitely leverage her assistance again to care for our dog.
