Dog Boarding in Chagrin Falls

Beth is absolutely the best! She so loving to all the animals in her care. She has incredible expertise in raising and taking care of pets. Our dog, Milo was with her for an extended time period (week and a half), as we were out of town. We received many pictures and comments throughout the time away. We felt so assured that Milo was in such capable hands and loved every day. I can’t say enough about Beth and the care she gave Milo. I can’t thank her enough!

Wendy was the absolute best with our 15yr old Schnauzer Buster! He fit right in with her pet ‘family’. Wendy is patient, qualified and kind. What a blessing!

Kathy was absolutely wonderful with our two dogs. She was patient, kind, and genuinely loving, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She sent daily photos and thoughtful updates, so we always knew how they were doing. It was clear our dogs were comfortable and well cared for. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a dependable and compassionate dog sitter.

Very comfortable leaving my senior, medication-dependent Papillon with Susan. Dog resisted medicines but Susan found a way to make her lap them up. It's a great relief to know we have someone to rely on - will definitely book with Susan again.

Natalia was amazing!!! She took such great care of our two puppies which can be QUITE a handful. She sent daily updates and it was such a relief to know they were both in great hands. We will definitely have her board our pups again.

Glitzy had a great time! She loved playing with the other doggies and the kiddos! She was very well taken care and had so much fun! Glitzy was tired when she got home — a sign of a great vacation!

Susan is great with Brownies! & so patient with him. Brownies is part beagle/sharpei, has a beagle nose on him for sure, so it does take some strength to control him on walks & she’s so patient with my fur baby. She sends updates frequently, I never felt so safe being away on vacation. Like I have full confidence that Brownies was in great hands the entire time. I’m so grateful to have found Susan & her partner. They are loving, and so welcoming. I enjoyed our meet & greets & their yard is so spacious and secured for curious and fun loving pups.

Debra did an amazing job with my baby and made sure to keep me updated along the way. I don’t trust just anyone with my aging dog, but Debra is most certainly trustworthy and knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend!

Samantha was amazing with my girls! My girls made themselves right at home with Samantha and her family. My girls ran into the house and disappeared because it was warm and inviting. The girls were fine; I was the one who was a wreck! The frequent photos of my babies appearing happy and well-adjusted helped me tremendously. I have always avoided boarding my girls because they are not routinely kept in crates, but I will absolutely use Samantha again when I travel. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about my girls, which meant the world to me. Thank you, Samantha, for making it possible for me to enjoy my trip worry-free.

Desia F. Took excellent care of my furbaby. Desia kept me updated with photos and videos during King's stay and promptly called with concerns when my spoiled baby would not eat. I won't hesitate to use her services again for my baby.

Patchareya is amazing! She watched our 10 month old very active puppy for a week. We were nervous leaving our new puppy with anyone but she immediately put our minds at ease with her constant communication, pictures and videos. She checked in daily to let us know all was good. She even worked on leash training our pup AND brushed her teeth. It’s very apparent she is a great dog mom to her own dog and extends the same care to the dogs she boards. We will absolutely use Patchareya in the future and look forward to it!

Daniel and Rachel are great with my crazy handful of a dog. They are very willing to be adaptable if necessary and Gus always comes home exhausted from having so much fun there. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

Excellent Excellent Excellent! Stephanie and her family took great care of my dog for 2 days and she was very well cared for. I could tell right away Stephanie cares a lot about looking after animals and making sure they are comfortable in her home. I would give more stars if I could and highly recommend!

I recommend Summer she took really good care of our two little Pomeranians. She sent pictures of them while we were away. They liked her right away and her pets.

Anastasia took fantastic care of our Great Dane puppy. She sent lots of pictures of the fun they were having for the week we were out of town.

Karin was amazing at taking care of Graycie during our week away. She sent pictures, kept in touch, and even went out and got her more food. Graycie had an amazing time and we will be using Karin again for our next trip!

Tina was great! She kept us informed throughout our pets stay. She sent plenty of pictures. Her written summary of our pets stay was also a nice touch.

100% recommend! Jenna took such great care of my dog, Bee! I’m not from the Cleveland area but I’ll definitely be a repeat when I need Bee boarded again when I’m in the area. Thank you so much for putting my anxious dog at ease and taking such great care of her!

Stacie and Doug were great! Everything was seamless from the meet and greet to pick up. Stacie was wonderful with communication and sent lots of updates/ pictures each day. Stacie was also very in tune with our dog’s personality. I felt completely comfortable during our entire trip that Lily was not only being completely well taken care of, but that she was also having lots of fun! I would not hesitate to use Stacy and Doug again in the future. Also, Jane, their dog, was such an amazing host as well!

I was extremely nervous about leaving my small clingy dog for three weeks. I am glad to find Riya here in Rover, knowing her from Cornell Companions as she made the experience so much easier. She sent frequent updates and pictures which gave me peace of mind during my vacation. She even let me know ahead of time when his food was running low which I appreciated. A big thank you goes to Archie for being a wonderful companion to Winston. He is so well-behaved and even shared his blanket! I came back to a happy, well-cared for dog. I am incredibly grateful for the effort Riya put in caring for Winston.
