Arrived promptly at requested time, provided awesome photos, and communicated accomplishments of visit. She also met with me before I left on vacation to meet my cat and see the lay of the land, so to speak.

Friendly, competent and more than capable of handling our 3 crazy dogs! We highly recommend this service and will use Brittany again without a doubt. Just awesome!

Matthew is very patient with Pearl and we love that. She is definitely not used to people coming into the house when we aren't there so she is still getting used to that. I feel so much better knowing Pearl is in good hands when we can't be with her. This is new for all of us and Matthew is awesome!

Sandy took great care of meatball while we were gone! We came back to meatball being very happy and content when normally if we leave she is very anxious. 10/10!!!

Morgan was great with my cat, and really got him to warm up to her. She was very communicative, prompt, and responsive during the visits, overall a great experience and I would recommend Morgan to anyone!

Absolutely ZERO complaints or issues with Nicole. She watched our cat for a week during a recent vacation. My wife and I are super early risers. Typically waking up around 3am. We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. When we travel in the future, and will not be able to bring our pets with us, we will definitely rebook with Nicole. All said, Nicole is a great reflection of Rover and what they offer pet owners. We look forward to interacting with Nicole again in the future.

This is the first time we've used Rover.com and to find Rachel has been a blessing! We received two new dogs and one abused so to find a caring and dependable person was super important to us. Rachel exceeded our expectations and it was such a comfort to know that our Fur babies were being taken care of while I was very far away! The pictures she took and sent me at every visit helped me know they were happy and fine! Put a smile on my face. I can't wait to use Rachel again!!!

Paula is great! Very responsive, does wonderful work, takes pics to confirm, and the crew is always happy and healthy by the time we get home.

Taylor is an excellent pet sitter. She provided our pups with exceptional care and loving attention. Her outstanding communication while we were gone gave us true peace of mind and demonstrated her focus was on our pets. We will definitely look to Taylor for pet care in the future.
