Michael agreed to drop in visits for our cat at the last Minute on a holiday weekend. He communicated well and fulfilled all our requests. He is reliable and diligent. Would recommend without hesitation.

Christopher was amazing! He was very responsive and gave a great summary after each visit. I was immediately put at ease after the first drop in. My dog is very anxious and Christopher was so patient with him. I have never used a service like this before but I’ll definitely be booking Christopher again!

Jackie did an outstanding job taking care of my two dogs! She provided great updates and pictures at each visit. I think they miss her now that we’re home! ? We will definitely use her again!

Erin is one of the best sitters in Cleveland! She was so attentive and caring with my two cats while I was gone and when my cat developed an eye infection, she treated him with the medicated eye drops everyday until it resolved. My cats made such a special bond with her after a couple days. She was punctual, responsible and communicative about her visits. Will definitely look forward to having her back!

My four cats were cared for excellently. Everybody was healthy and happy when I returned home. Mary sent a daily report and photos from her visits. A very good experience, my second time with her!
