SO elated that I found Katie to help out when I sent a rather last minute request for some drop in visits. This was my first booking with Rover and Katie was fantastic through the whole process. During the meet and greet, she was extremely thorough and asked all the right questions leaving me at ease. She was prompt, followed all instructions, respectful of my home, and was so communicative during the visits. I got so many photos and updates as well. Cannot say enough about the wonderful care Michele provided to all of our fur babies. Besides the usual pets, dogs and a cat, she also took care of our Guinea pigs, goats, and chickens. She sent pictures and text updates daily. We will definitely be using Michele again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!
