Ellen was great. We hate leaving our cat alone for an extended time, and we're always apprehensive about how the cat will get along. All of the concerns were out the window when the cat cozied up to Ellen on her lap after 2 days! We received daily photos/videos as updates that really let us enjoy our time away. April did a great job caring for our 2 cats. Communication was easy, she consistently sent us updates and pictures, and the cats received full care. What I especially appreciated is that she did not just come in, but also spent the full half hour playing with them and giving them some love. Would recommend!

This was our first time using River and Brittany made it a wonderful experience. Surprisingly, she was able to get pictures of our kitties which was a surprise, plus one of the more skittish ones almost let her pet her. I would definitely request her again.
