Emma was able to look after my cats on short notice after my usual pet sitter had to cancel. And my cats loved her! I could tell by each of her pictures that they were happy and relaxed which made me happy and relaxed. She kept in touch and I was confident everything would be great when I got home. Pays attention to my kitty's health. Feeds and treats them. Doesn't just run in, feed, scoop potties and leave-stays with them and shows them love and care. Extremely reliable. I don't worry about my kitties when Karen is coming to take care of them ❤️
