SO elated that I found Katie to help out when I sent a rather last minute request for some drop in visits. This was my first booking with Rover and Katie was fantastic through the whole process. During the meet and greet, she was extremely thorough and asked all the right questions leaving me at ease. She was prompt, followed all instructions, respectful of my home, and was so communicative during the visits. I got so many photos and updates as well. Marie was very communicative with me and did a wonderful job of taking care of my 3 cats in my home. She followed medication instructions perfectly, made sure to play and spend quality time with the cats, and made sure I felt comfortable while I was out of town.
