Cat Sitting in Fairport Harbor

Absolutely awesome. Rachael had watched my babies on Halloween and one other time. That was enough to know that they would be in good health and well loved when I got back from my Christmas trip. I they sure were. Rachael was always here within 5 minutes of the time she was supposed to be. I will not hesitate to reach out to Racheal again in the future! I didn’t worry for one minute about them when I was gone.

Kristin is wonderful with my four cats. I know that while I am gone they will receive the best care and all the hugs and lovin’ they need. She is the best! ❤️

Matthew was friendly and communicative and took great care of our cat. We rebooked him immediately for our next trip away! We got pictures each day and could relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that our girl was in good hands.

Sandy took great care of meatball while we were gone! We came back to meatball being very happy and content when normally if we leave she is very anxious. 10/10!!!

Arrived promptly at requested time, provided awesome photos, and communicated accomplishments of visit. She also met with me before I left on vacation to meet my cat and see the lay of the land, so to speak.

We don't have a dog, but we do have 2 cats, a tropical fishtank, and backyard chickens. We reached out to Paula for check-in services over a long weekend trip we were so pleased. She had excellent communication right from the start, including special instructions for our little pet family, and she reached out politely in advance to remind me about some last minute details that I still hadn't confirmed with her. During the visits she took pics of the crew and gave an update both nights. (This was good, because Gizmo mewed that he didn't even get any food OR attention all the whole time, but I had photographic proof! Nice try, kitty!! You know how they are :) :) :) ) We will use Paula again! Thanks, Emily.

Alessandra was great to work with, I felt very comfortable leaving my cat with her. Good communication throughout the stay and flexible with drop off and pick up times.

Melissa did such a great job with taking care of my 2 cats while out of town. Would definitely use her again.

We had such a wonderful experience with Jaina! She truly went above and beyond taking care of Noah and Mary while we were away. We received daily pictures and updates, which gave us a peace of mind. Communication was also quick and reassuring. We are extremely grateful! Highly recommend!

Absolutely ZERO complaints or issues with Nicole. She watched our cat for a week during a recent vacation. My wife and I are super early risers. Typically waking up around 3am. We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. When we travel in the future, and will not be able to bring our pets with us, we will definitely rebook with Nicole. All said, Nicole is a great reflection of Rover and what they offer pet owners. We look forward to interacting with Nicole again in the future.

Alisa did very well with our kitties. Making sure our old man got first dibs on the food and kept all the boys happy with a little fresh air. She went above and beyond dealing with an ant infestation on the last day.

Randy did a great job taking care of my 2 cats! He was very communicative, respectful and kind. Thank you for keeping my cats happy and healthy :)

We had Alexea for a long weekend. I would highly recommend her to watch your cat or dog. She took great care of my 2 kitties and the house. She sent us pictures of be our cats and watered all our plants outside. We came home to a perfect house!!

Loved Ariel! Easy to work with, great personality, clean home and quick communication. Kept sending us pictures of our cat and showed how well he was getting along with all the other animals. We will definitely be working with her again for our next vacation. Thanks Ariel!

This was my first experience with Rover. Greg did a great job with my cats. He was very thorough and responsive and made sure that three cats are happy. He kept in touch and responded quickly to any questions. I highly recommend Greg to anyone for a pet sitter.
