I had a wonderful experience with Susan taking care of my puppy, Lucky. She was kind, patient, and kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me great peace of mind. It was clear that Lucky was well cared for, comfortable, and receiving lots of love and attention. Misty was the best. She is knowledgeable, professional, confident and attentive. I was extremely anxious leaving my babies for the first time and she easily put my mind and heart at ease. She was adaptable and cared about the comfort of my babies and their individual needs. Thanks to her I enjoyed every moment of my trip. She sent pics and updates along the way which was the cherry on top! Can’t wait to use her again.

Wow! Wow! Wow! We are blown away by the care Chloe got while we were away for our NYE getaway. Michael and Anne treated Chloe so GREAT! Walks lounging and all the good belly rubs. If you want to feel 100 percent relaxed and safe, book this awesome couple. Chloe is going back in a few weeks and I can’t say enough awesome things about Michael and Anne. This was our first time boarding our 2 year old goldendoodle. So I was a bit nervous. We did a meet/greet after which a felt less anxious. Our girl seemed to take to Jenna right away. Communication was good and reassuring that our girl was happy. I feel confident in booking another stay with Jenna. Much thanks!

Tasha and Joe were great hosts. They communicated with us throughout Teddy’s stay. Teddy has a few special needs and requires a fair amount of supervision. Everything seemed to go well. Teddy was a happy camper and exhausted when we picked him up.

I feel so secure with my Jack with them. In fact, I think Jack loves them! Pictures were sent and he was happy! Nick is Jacks guy! And the whole family. Thank you so much.

Sandy was awesome! She took excellent care of our dog while we were on vacation. She went above and beyond as a pet giver. She took pics and kept us updated every day We would recommend her and definitely bring our dog back again.

Brendan took great care of our aging old lady. He was very caring and understanding when she experienced side effects from her current medication. Highly recommend.

Dantasia and her family were awesome!!!! Dantasia was very pleasant and helpful from start to finish with this being my first time using Rover. She ensured I was very comfortable and greeted my Waddles with love. Throughout his stay I received pics and videos which always made me smile to see how well he was being treated. My Waddles was well cared for and I now know I can depend on Dantasia for any time I need to be away from home and Waddles needs some place he can feel at home. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby❤️

Colleen was fantastic and we will definitely be rebooking. She was great about sending photos and updates for Daisy and was flexible when some of our plans changed.

Eric exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about leaving my pups for 2 weeks, but immediately felt comfortable when we met Eric. He took good care of them and showed them the affection they needed. When I picked them up, my 2 dogs were happy to see me but not hyper like they couldn’t wait to leave Eric. I think they had a good time. An all round great experience. Would recommend.

I recently went home for the weekend and took a chance on a new rover sitter due to some not so great previous experiences and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chrissy! Her and her husband were so genuine and loving to my boys. I had Absolutely no stress during my trip because I knew they were loved. I frequently received pictures and reassurance they were doing well. Although I don’t plan on being in Cincinnatti that long.. I will never book anyone else other than Chrissy when I am here. Thank you so much!

Natalie did a great job taking care of our pup Rosie while we were gone for two weeks. We knew she was well taken care of, and she even bonded with her family. We will be using Natalie again in the future.
