Elaina was great with our kitties. She was a great communicator and made sure we knew they were doing well. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

Jacob was amazing and we felt comfortable knowing our babies were safe and being cared for. He was super quick to reply to my messages checking in and he sent me pics and thorough updates daily. I have an older dog who is diabetic and blind and jacob was great with him giving him his insulin shots with no issues. We also had a newly adopted dog and Jacob was comfortable taking care of a dog that we were still getting to know.

Timothy was very responsive and great with our dogs, giving medications on time and communicating with us regularly throughout the stay.

This is the second time Schuyler took care of our kitty, a senior cat, since after the first time we asked her (which was a weekend) we felt really confident with her, so now for our longer trip we decided to ask her again. She was really nice with our kitty, taking good care of her and sending us updates every step of the way, making us feel like we were at home. For sure we will ask her again in the future. What an outstanding experience. I came home from vacation to happy, healthy, relaxed pets. Emily is both professional in demeanor and dealings and loving to my dogs and cat. Highly recommend.

As always, it’s so lovely having charity stay at our home. She handled our last minute need of also having to take care of our cat who was injured, and stayed at our house until our very delayed flight landed so we didn’t have to worry about the pups! ❤️

Dogs were well cared for while we were gone. They were happy and healthy when we returned. Lenny sent a few pictures to let us know how they were doing and communicated well. Next trip, we will look her up again.
