Dog Boarding in Greentown

Cassie was amazing. My god tends to be a little anxious when going somewhere new but he went with her right away and seemed to feel at home! She sent me pictures and was so kind.

Let me start by saying I have an intense bond with my dog and it probably hurt me more than him leaving him for the longest time I’ve ever left (2 weeks) so I was a total mess at drop off. Seeing his little face look at me with those “where are you going” eyes when I closed the door, my heart broke. He’s never stayed here before and I was leaving him with strangers for two weeks, I feared he would think I abandoned him. He was welcomed with so much love by Savannah and her adorable family. He frolicked around their house and her kids and husband were so excited to have him there. Every fear or worry I had she settled with quick responses and picture updates while I was out of the country. He looked like he was having the time of his life! She never once made me feel like I was too much for checking in or leaving a laundry list of needs for his senior health and dietary restrictions. It made my heart so happy to know how he was so deeply loved and cared for as their own. When I arrived it was like he didn’t want to leave! You could tell he formed a bond with Savannah, running back to her instead of me with his favorite toy! Their sweet kitty seemed to have taken a liking to him as well. I can’t say enough good things. She is a godsend, a total angel. You can tell he misses his second family already. Thank you Sooooooo much for loving Mr. Meeks. We love you guys!!! Such a gem of a find for a trustworthy, loving sitter. Your furbaby will be safe, healthy, and happy in her care.

Doug was great and gave me regular updates on how my dog was doing. Was patient and understanding as my dog got used to the new surroundings.

Our dog stayed with Gail for two days and we had an amazing experience all around! She was very accommodating to his needs and he even got to sleep with her, which he loved. He came home tired from all the playing and we could tell he was very happy and comfortable in her home when we picked him up. We will definitely be using Gail again!

I’m so glad we found this amazing family to watch our dogs over the weekend! We don’t often feel comfortable leaving our dogs with anyone, but they made us feel completely confident that our pups were in great hands. They went above and beyond to meet all of our dogs' special needs and gave me regular updates with check-ins, photos, and videos, which was such a relief. It was clear that our dogs had a blast with them—lots of playtime and adventures, and they came home totally worn out (which is the ultimate sign of a good weekend for them!). I highly recommend this family to anyone looking for reliable, caring pet sitters. I will definitely be reaching out again for future trips. This is the second time we have taken our dogs to stay with Melissa. She is fantastic with them! I have one dog that had high anxiety but she does great with Melissa. Thanks again for such a great job!

Suzanne was fantastic! Our travel plans went completely out of whack and Suzanne was very accommodating to our constantly changing itinerary. She has a lovely home with a fenced-in yard and two very friendly resident dogs. I would recommend Suzanne to anyone who needs a sitter for their pooch.

Idgy had a great day with Paula, Bill and their for baby Marty. I highly recommend them if you need a great boarder who never leaves the pups. I'm a boarder myself and it's hard to find good boarders. They get an A+.

Sherri S., was great! Our usual sitter canceled unexpectedly and Sherri booked us last minute. When we dropped our dogs off, she and her husband were very gracious. Our dogs seemed comfortable with them immediately. We felt we could trust their care while we were away. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.

Alicia did a great job caring for our Louie. You can tell she is very experienced with handling dogs. Her communication was excellent as well.

I had never left my pup with anyone before and wasn’t sure how he would do- let alone away from his home. I was nervous with just the thought of leaving him with someone he didn’t know. When I met with Deanna and Maui, I instantly felt so much better! Deanna sent me daily updates and pictures which made it easier for me to relax! By the time I picked up my pup from Deanna’s, it was like he didn’t want to leave! Thank you Deanna for taking such great care of my little guy! We will certainly be back!

Kai stayed with Autumn for 4 days, and we had a great experience! She took amazing care of him, kept us updated, and made him feel at home. Kai came back happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Bailey was in excellent care. Nan and her husband Tim took such good care of Bailey. I was able to enjoy my trip as well as Bailey having a vacation too!!!

I have left my dog with Tricia 3 times now when I go on work trips. I am so thankful to have found her and now have a consistent sitter that I feel great about leaving Chloe with. I know Tricia treats her like her own & like family and that Chloe loves her time there. I will continue to use her anytime I go out of town!

Jenna was the best dogsitter for my young playful pup, she has a great house and an amazing fenced back yard! It was great for us that she doesn’t currently have pets and only takes one dog at a time (or multiples from the same family) bc my dog is overly active and would be too intense with other dogs right now…he would want to play nonstop. Jenna sent me great pics, pupdates and videos! He definitely got lots of love from Jenna and her two wonderful children. I will definitely use her again!

Sarah did a great job with our old man. She was attentive to his anxiety, provided extra comforts, and communicated well. Thanks for allowing us to get away and give a good home away from home to our pup!
