Ashley was awesome and kept in contact the entire time we were gone, sent plenty of pictures. Key exchange was seamless and had no issues there. The meet and greet with Kaitlin went very well. She clearly explained what to expect and took control the moment she arrived, which immediately gave us confidence in her. We felt very comfortable trusting her to work with our dog, Inno. Her calm but assertive approach really stood out.
