Jacob was amazing and we felt comfortable knowing our babies were safe and being cared for. He was super quick to reply to my messages checking in and he sent me pics and thorough updates daily. I have an older dog who is diabetic and blind and jacob was great with him giving him his insulin shots with no issues. We also had a newly adopted dog and Jacob was comfortable taking care of a dog that we were still getting to know.
Friendly, flexible and we knew our dogs were in good hands! Defiantly will use again. we were very grateful to find someone to watch our dogs over a holiday.
Timothy was very responsive and great with our dogs, giving medications on time and communicating with us regularly throughout the stay.
