We had a fantastic experience with Vanessa! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated the thoughtful updates and adorable photos of our cats each day. She spent quality time playing with them, gave them treats, and it was clear they felt comfortable and happy-our Bella even sat on her lap, which says a lot! She also went above and beyond by washing their dishes and keeping their water bowls full and fresh. Everything was clean and tidy when we returned. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again. Sumer was awesome! She communicated extremely well and kept me informed throughout the process. She also let me know that my camper door was open- nice observation!! My bouvier, Stella, loved her the first time that they met. She is never friendly on the first encounter of meeting someone new. Impressive! ; ) She's a very sweet, kind, reliable & motivated young lady. She really loves animals. My husband & I both felt comfortable that she was trustworthy. Will definitely hire her again!!
