Liz is amazing! We are so happy we tried Rover and found her. She made our first time extremely easy and comfortable. I needed someone to just drop in and let him out of his crate and give him a walk while I had an all day event out of town. Marcel took right to her at our meet and greet beforehand. The day of our appointment with Liz she showed up a little early and I was promptly informed. She took him on a walk and sat with him for a bit. And she even blew out a candle that I forgot. So she’s a firefighter as well. Afterwards she sent multiple pics and a full report of her visit with him. What a Godsend. You can tell right from the first moment Liz loves her animals and will take care of yours like they are her own. Prompt. Professional. She makes the process and visit effortless for the owner. Thank you again! And we will definitely be contacting Liz first anytime we need help.
