This was our first time having Makenna do drop in visits for our 3 cats while we were on vacation and she was amazing! She was always on time, sent us photos and updates and was very responsive. Maureen was fantastic in all aspects. She was easy to communicate with leading up to dropping my cat off and throughout the stay. She took plenty of photos and videos which helped me feel comfortable while I was out of town especially since this was the first time I had boarded my cat.
