Amazing response time, last minute acceptance and very professional. As I walked to the door to pick Ruby up, Ruby was relaxing and came to greet me at the door and she had the biggest smile on her face (not just to see me), which meant she had such a blast with Ms. Lauren Very accommodating, her home is beautiful and perfect for dog sitting! My pug had a great time with Elizabeth! He came home happy and sleepy, so I know he had a great day! She was also very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend her and would bring pug-man back in the future!

Nicole did a terrific job in providing a loving and engaged environment. This was clearly evident in the videos provided and general demeanor of our puppy (Zoey) at pick-up time. Beyond looking after our pup, she also provided insights and observations on Zoey's behaviors. I would absolutely recommend her, and will be using her services in the future.

I've taken Gunner to Kathryn's for the third time now and she has always treated both of us so well and has been very accommodating for any of our needs. I feel very secure leaving him with her and am grateful she is able to take care of him. Gunner needs his bed and pillow to be happy and suffers from anxiety but he does well when he stays with her.
