Dog Boarding in Lorain

Ralph is wonderful to work with—we appreciated his flexibility and understanding when our travel plans changed last minute and appreciated the regular updates he provided while we were away. Ralph took great care of our pup and gave us peace of mind while away. Thank you for everything, Ralph!

Margaret is wonderful with our dog Maisy! I could't feel more comfortable leaving our precious pup in her care. She's attentative, caring, and keeps us up to date with adorable pics of their adventures. I can't say enough about how thankful we are to have met Margaret.

Jenni was so wonderful!! She provided so much love and care for our dogs Josie & Toby. Jenni’s home felt like a second home for our dogs. We’ve never felt so comfortable & assured with someone caring for our dogs.

Emily was wonderful. She send us pics of our dog and kept us updated of his behavior, which kept our separation anxiety at rest. We were a bit worried because it was our first time leaving him after our other dog had past recently, but he was cool and apparently very good. So we definitely recommend Emily and for sure will reschedule a sitting in the near future. Overall a very good experience.

Samantha and her family were absolutely amazing with our dog, Winston! They followed all of the directions we provided for his care, but most importantly, they gave him so much love and attention. They took him on frequent walks despite the rain, gave him plenty of pets, and showered him with affection. We truly couldn’t imagine relying on anyone else through Rover going forward. Samantha and her wonderful family were the best, and we’re so grateful they took such great care of Winston!

I previously used a kennel and will honestly say this was overall a much better experience. I will definitely be returning when it is needed and would recommend to anyone.

We have not used boarding services for our dog. So we did a serious search and found that Rover is an excellent application. More important, Derek was phenomenal. The meet and greet encounter was embedded in an atmosphere that felt us us very comfortable with him and his demeanor towards us and, more important to Fiona, our dog. The care he put in learning about Fiona and thereafter the time she spent there were really a gift. He maintained contact and sent photos every day and upon pic king Fiona it was clear the empathy she had with Derek. We could not not be more happier. Great person, great dog care provided by Derek. Annie was an excellent dog sitter for Linus. She was very attentive, responsible, and caring at all times, and she also made sure he played and stayed active. Linus was well cared for and very happy with her. I highly recommend her and would definitely trust her again without hesitation.

Our pup was so well loved and taken care of! We loved to see him playing and being loved on while we were away! He came home so happy (and tired), with a beautifully brushed out coat and full heart. We loved that we could trust them with our dog and had great, fast communication! He was welcomed in to their family, even with his high XL puppy demand. Wonderful experience!

David was very responsive, sent lots of pictures and took care of our dog as if he were his own! His children also fully welcomed our pup! I would highly recommend David!

Joylyn is great! I can’t say how pleased we are when she watches Rue. She clearly is a dog lover and Rue always comes back happy.

Michelle, her family and Rocky were so good looking after our 4 year old lab, Ace when we took our 3 week long trip to India. I had been so anxious right until the time I went to leave Ace with Michelle . She made me feel so comfortable right before I left. Michelle made sure our trip went great by sending snaps and constant updates. She even said she is going to treat Ace with a Christmas treat which we do every year and I appreciated. Ace was on a special diet to lose weight and had some probiotics to be administered. She did all of this perfectly. When I came to pick him up, he was all ready and clean to go back home. In fact he even lost 6 pounds which is a great start to get him to his desired weight. I would recommend Michelle to anyone and I plan to use her services again in the future.
