Cat Sitting in Middlefield

This was my first time using Rover.com, I was nervous. Corrin was so sweet, yet professional. I felt comfortable as soon as I met her. My kitty was happy & fed. I plan to ask Corrin to play with Amore’ next time we go out of town.

Absolutely ZERO complaints or issues with Nicole. She watched our cat for a week during a recent vacation. My wife and I are super early risers. Typically waking up around 3am. We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. When we travel in the future, and will not be able to bring our pets with us, we will definitely rebook with Nicole. All said, Nicole is a great reflection of Rover and what they offer pet owners. We look forward to interacting with Nicole again in the future.

Gennah was such a blessing. Chloe loved her. She is fun, dependable, polite and very responsible. We’ll use her again.

Brandon made sure each cat got plenty of attention. He's great with cats, and very trustworthy. We highly recommend him!

Beth was amazing with our three boy cats ! We were gone almost 2 weeks and when we got back, they were content and happy. A huge bonus is that the area where our cats have their litter box and their food station was spotless. I cannot recommend Beth highly enough.
