⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give TEN stars I would. My girl LOVES Zac and his family. Zac was awesomeness. He knew I was anxious and kept sending lots of pics and updates. This was such a great experience for us. Really can’t say enough good things! Definitely will be revisiting.

Kristen's home, professionalism, and communication were all outstanding! She takes the time to ask all the important questions about your dog and even has a profile sheet for you to fill out. Her fenced in yard is incredible for the dogs with pools and toys to play all day. She sent wonderful pictures and videos often and even sent us home with homemade treats. We will absolutely be using her again.

Our dogs, Nara and Sangju loved their time with Jan. Nara normally is very shy and takes a long time getting close to people, but she was jumping on Jan’s lap only on her second day! She also sent plenty photos and updates to make sure our doggies were settling in well at her place. We look forward to sending our dogs again to Jan’s for our next vacation.

We were a little nervous about boarding our old, half-blind dog during our vacation, since it had been a very long time since he had needed to stay anywhere without his people. Thankfully, Kate was very reassuring and her home was a great environment for him. We enjoyed getting pictures of him while we were gone. Thank you so much for being so caring with him. Kathleen and Nathan’s family and household was the perfect place to leave our dog, Nika, for the weekend. The meet and greet went very well and Nika made herself right at home. Kathleen did a wonderful job at making sure she had all the needed details and provided plenty of photos and good communication throughout the weekend. They went above and beyond to accommodate Nika’s quirks, which was greatly appreciated. You could tell that Nika was happy throughout her stay. We will gladly book again with Kathleen and Nathan in the future.

Have to, but don’t want to, say how utterly pleased we are because other people will fill up all open slots. Susan, Doug, and Jonah are perfect for us and our beloved Golden Ellie. They are kind, attentive, send pics and comments daily. We are so lucky to have found them.

I booked with her for the second time My puppy had a lot of fun and spent really good time with her puppies. She took very good care of my puppy even gave her a bath! I am happy I have found a sitter for my puppy that she can keep back to and reunite with her friends 🩷

Sarah was wonderful with our super anxious pup and our complicated schedule. We were in Akron for a week (kid's sporting event) so didn't get to meet her before we dropped our dog off, but Sarah spent a lot of time trying to get to know our dynamics and needs over the phone. She was wonderful at "following the dog's lead" in the transition time and finding ways to calm her during the week including calming music, aromoatherapy and lots of treats. We enjoyed the videos (with her narration), photos and texts that she regularly sent and appreciated her transparency, communication, and hard work to ensure that our dog's stay and our comfort was her top priority.
