House Sitting in Novelty

I highly recommend our pet sitter! Gianna took excellent care of our pets and treated them like family. Communication was great throughout the entire time, with regular updates and photos that gave us peace of mind while we were away. Our pets were happy, comfortable, and well cared for when we returned. It’s clear Gianna genuinely love animals and take pride in providing exceptional care. We will definitely be using her again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable pet sitter.

This was our first time using Rover and we were super nervous. We feel blessed to have connected with Jaina. Her communications from start to finish have been timely & detailed. And most importantly, our dogs approved of her too! During the meet & greet our shy, aloof pup warmed up to her. Our senior dog (who is terminally ill)) was engaging with her as well. We knew our pups would be well taken care of and in good hands. While we were out of town, Jaina kept us updated with messages & pictures. Our pups (and our home) were both under great care from Jaina. We will definitely book her again.

Courtney was very professional she kept me updated on how my dog was doing, I loved all the pictures she sent. My dog was very well taken care of and i would definitely use her again!!

Sandra was an amazing and patient sitter who absolutely loves animals and made Cali (our puppy) feel special all week. She also took great care of our home, while keeping us well-informed even during a crazy CLE snowstorm.

I can't say enough great things about Shannon! From the moment we met, it was clear that she genuinely loves and understands dogs. She loved Tiny dog from the beginning; Tiny took to Shannon immediately. I felt completely at ease knowing that she was in such caring hands. Throughout the weekend, Shannon provided regular updates with tiny and pictures for us, regular photos. We were consistently updated with how Tiny was doing. LeA hndra was wonderful. She took great care of my fur baby. She walked her often, even in the rain and she sent lots of photos. My dog has serious separation anxiety issues, LeAndra kept her in our home, making for a wonderfully calm and happy dog.

James was our savior when I messed up the original animal watching schedule while I was out of town- he handled my pack- with a very large age range- like a champ! He was very communicative and didn’t hesitate to let me know if he had any questions. Would highly recommend!
