Alexa is the BEST! Kiko had a very hard life before we adopted her last June, and is very fearful. I don't know what it is, but Alexa brings out something in her, and she just loves having Alexa around. I say that we didn't pick Alexa, Kiko did, and that is 100% true. Katelin was amazing with my 3 big pups. She kept me updated at every check in with pictures and was wonderful anytime I asked her to do something specific with each dog (one is allergic to the grass if that gives you an idea) I felt at ease with her at the house and knew my pups were in good hands.
